These terms cover your use of maxq.cc, including the quiz and the call request. By using the site you agree to them. Coaching itself is covered by a separate written agreement that each client signs; nothing on this site is a binding offer of coaching until that agreement is signed. Questions go to info@maxq.cc.
Information, not advice
The site describes a coaching service. It is general information, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or mental health advice. The client profiles describe what some founders achieved while working with one of our coaches. They are examples, not a promise of what you will achieve.
The quiz and the price
The quiz shows what coaching includes and the current monthly price. Prices can change; the price in your signed coaching agreement is the one that applies to you. Requesting a call is not a commitment to coaching, and Max Q may decline to work with anyone.
Using the site
Use the site for its purpose: learning about coaching and getting in touch. Do not send spam, scrape the site, probe it for weaknesses, or pretend to be someone else. If you are exploring coaching for someone else, make sure you have their permission before you share their details.
Our content
The text, design, and the Max Q name belong to Max Q. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit. Do not copy or republish the site. The launch photo is a NASA photograph in the public domain, credited on the page.
Other services
The site runs on Squarespace, and the call request may use a scheduling provider and a spam check. Each works under its own terms. The privacy policy explains what information they handle.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Max Q is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, and disputes about them go to the courts in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
