No. Some coaching firms charge an upfront fee to match you with a coach. Max Q does not charge a placement fee, and your first call with Max Q is free.
Yes. Coaching includes access to your coach by text, phone, or email between sessions. You can get input as questions come up and decisions change. You and your coach will agree on how to use that support before you begin.
You and your coach will agree on a regular meeting schedule that fits your needs. We'll discuss it on your call with Max Q.
No. Coaching is month to month. We'll explain billing and cancellation before you begin.
It starts with a free 15-minute call with Max Q about your company, your goals, and whether we're a good fit to work together. If there's a fit, you meet your proposed coach in a free 30-minute introduction before you commit. Neither call carries a commitment to coaching.
